An ideal stopover for pilgrims, with a central location, close to the Camino midway point monument and the town center. the garage offers amenities for cyclists. the polite staff provides service in the cafeteria, where guests can grab a snack, as well as an empty restaurant.
The hotel’s upkeep left much to be desired with moldy grout, broken shower floors, and a lack of towel cleanliness in the bathrooms.

The room was very big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lovely staff. We had some problems but they were very nice and seemed more burdened than us.
we arrived at the hotel they had some problem with the application of the reservations. It took them a long time to give us a room. we finally got one, it turns out they saw that it wasn't free. while later they gave us a different one. We went up to the room, opened the door and it was already occupied by another couple. We went back down to the reception and they gave us the third room (we had been there for more than 40 minutes) and card didn't work. We realized that the TV control was not working and when we went to dinner we told her about it, when we came back it was still the same, we had breakfast included. We went down to breakfast and all the tables were dirty and there was nothing left in the buffet. There was only one waiter to serve the bar and breakfast area. After a while he didn't take the coffee and some toast with a bit of sausage out of the kitchen.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a large bath and shower. The hotel is conveniently located right on the Camino, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims. We also appreciated the excellent service and amenities offered here. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our needs. The dining options were varied and the food was of good value. we had a great experience at this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

restaurant and bar service very clean moderate sized modern rooms
large in-hospitable hotel at odds with the location of an ancient spanish town the hotel could have been anywhere in the world

The hotel has a very modern feel to it, lots of shiny tiled surfaces and first impressions are that you have walked into the headquarters of a multinational company, reception staff very pleasant and the room is clean and well maintained
When it comes to a dining experience, don,T.... The food had been kept tepid for hours and served on cold plates, also the breakfast buffet area was not clean, overall, good value but don,t eat there

The breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was quite spacious and had a good view. the location of the hotel was strategic, just a few steps away from a bus stop and several shops around.
The staff failed to provide basic amenities such as fresh towels and toiletries.

Friendly staff, great garage for bikers, and good location on the outskirts of town right on the Camino. Helpful staff also provided takeaway breakfast and allowed me to wait in the lobby until my train departure, even offering me lunch.
Nothing to mention regarding the hotel or the city.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the location was convenient for exploring the town. The room was of a decent size with good lighting, and the bathroom was clean and tidy.
The hotel lacked personality and atmosphere, and the layout was awkward. The air conditioning and internet did not work, and there were a significant number of flies in the room.
